Americas and the Caribbean are composed of the United States of America, Canada, Mexico, El Salvador, Costa Rica, Nicaragua, Belize, Guatemala, Honduras, Panama, Colombia, Ecuador, Venezuela, Peru, Bolivia, Chile, Argentina, Paraguay, Uruguay, Brazil, Guyana, Suriname and French Guiana, Cuba, Haiti, Dominican Republic, Puerto Rico, Jamaica, Trinidad and Tobago, Guadeloupe, Martinique, Bahamas, Barbados, Saint Lucia, Curacao, Aruba, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, US Virgin Islands, Grenada, Antigua and Barbuda, Dominica, Cayman Islands, Saint Kitts and Nevis, Sint Maarten, Turks and Caicos Islands, Saint Martin, British Virgin Islands, Caribbean Netherlands, Anguilla, Saint Barthelemy, and Montserrat. I used a lot of Alt+164 to type in the ‘ñ’ which normally appears on the names of their airports.

We are citing at least 46 important international airports in the Americas and the Caribbean for you so you can have more idea on how these airports look like and what are the tourist spots you can visit near these airports once the COVID lockdown is lifted. Unfortunately, wikipedia only gives you the list of airports. It does not show you recent pictures about the airport nor advice places you can visit after landing in that airport. We merged sources we got from wikipedia, instagram and tripadvisor making this blog unique. This will be a digital tour and I hope you enjoy the content we worked on for two days. We cannot travel physically right now due to the COVID pandemic but we can definitely travel digitally!

1.) Piarco International Airport

Located in Piarco, Trinidad and Tobago. Places to visit are Maracas Beach, La Brea Pitch Lake, Englishmans Bay, Caroni Bird Sanctuary, Little Tobago, Queen’s Park Savannah, Pigeon Point Beach, Store Bay, and Fort King George.

2.) Argyle International Airport
