On our play with San Juan waves in La Union, we got hungry thus grabbed a bite to the nearest and (I think) cheapest priced restaurant which is still famous for offering good food – Tagpuan sa San Juan. Here are their top 5 rice meals!
It is like the Pinoy version of the Korean Bibimbap. The difference is they try to use pinakbet ingredients? It has kangkong, carrots, togue, kimchi, cucumber and fried egg.
2.) Chix Adobo
Rice, chicken adobo flakes with salsa in a bowl.
Thinly sliced marinated beef with egg and rice in a bowl.
Deep fried pork belly with salsa
5.) Combo 1 (Surfer’s Combo)
Tofu, pork and egg
This looks so delicious. Which was your favourite?
