1.) Shish Taouk
Shish Taouk is a traditional Turkish shish kebab which can be found in Syrian and Lebanese cuisine. They marinate the chicken, skewer and grill it. Common marinades are based upon yogurt and lemon juice or tomato puree, though there are other variations (from The Cafe Mediterranean special recipe)
2.) Chicken Kebab served with Labneh and Tabbouleh
Their chicken kebab (literally means grilled chicken) is served with labneh (cream cheese made from strained yogurt) and tabbouleh (levantine vegetarian salad made mostly of finely chopped parsley, with tomatoes, mint, onion, bulgur, and seasoned with olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper, and some variations from the special recipe of the restaurant). Apart from buttered rice, you may partner chicken kebab with whole wheat pita, basmati, moroccan rice pilau, and couscous.

‘Hummus’ simply means chickpea or garbanzo in Arabic, is one of the healthiest foods on the planet. 4. Gyros
Gyros are sandwiches of regular pita wheat similar to Doner Kebabs of Turkey and Shawarma of the Middle East. They can serve it with grilled beef, grilled lamb, kofta (savory beef and lamb meatballs from Greece), falafel (crunchy garbanzo croquettes), grilled veggies and grilled tuna.
5. Moussaka
Moussaka is the Classic Greek dish of layered eggplant, ground beef, and bechamel sauce. Bechamel is normally a white sauce made from a white roux and milk but it seems here the restaurant has an additional recipe which makes it a bit of an orange (tomatoes, perhaps?)
6. Gyro Plate served with Moutabal, Tzatziki, Tabbouleh and Pickled Chillies.

7. Panna Cotta
Panna Cotta is the best choice for desserts. It is a light cream flan without eggs infused with either your choice of mango or orange sauce.
