During our visit, we tried their Huevos Divorciados, a delightful dish featuring two perfectly soft fried eggs served on crispy tostados, accompanied by a vibrant mix of spicy red and green salsa, hearty charro beans, and a luscious layer of smoked cheese that adds depth to the flavor profile. We also experienced The Not Reuben—a tantalizing sandwich made with 5+ wagyu salt brisket that melts in your mouth, topped with refreshing pickled slaw, savory manchego cheese, and a kick of horseradish mayo that elevates the entire dish, making it a must-try for anyone looking to indulge in a unique culinary experience. I noticed a restaurant named ‘Playfair Cafe’. Recognizing that while God is just, life may not always be, I decided to dine at Playfair Cafe. I ordered a substantial burger priced at 20 AUD and even shared a portion with the dove depicted in this photo. Additionally, it is noteworthy that Playfair Cafe is owned by a Filipino.
