2.) Japanese-Inspired Dishes on the Menu

They have daily specials like Avo Tuna Bowl on Mondays, Hambagu Steak Bowl on Tuesdays, Wagyu Beef Keema Bowl on Wednesdays, Yakitori Tsukune Bowl on Thursdays, Grilled Miso Salmon Bowl on Fridays, and Grilled Unagi Bowl on weekends. Each of these dishes are authentically cooked by Japanese chefs, ensuring that the flavors are true to their origins and offering a unique take on traditional recipes. During our last visit, we ordered the Grilled Unagi Bowl, which turned out to be an exquisite choice. The unagi was grilled to perfection, showcasing a beautifully caramelized glaze that added a delightful sweetness and depth of flavor. Accompanied by a bed of perfectly cooked rice and vibrant seasonal vegetables, the dish was not only a feast for the palate but also for the eyes. Each bite was a wonderful combination of flavors and textures, leaving us eager to explore more of their enticing menu options on our next visit.

3.) Vegan Options

There are vegan options on the menu at Tomo’s Little Collins. We tried their Pumpkin Spinach Bowl, which is one of their wonderful creations, showcasing a perfect blend of flavors and textures. Just request them to remove the feta cheese, and it is purely vegan. Imagine the pumpkin on the salad as your alternative to meat, offering a hearty and satisfying experience that leaves you feeling nourished. The combination of vibrant spinach and roasted pumpkin creates a delightful contrast, enhancing the overall taste. On our next visit, we are eager to try their Acai bowl, crafted from an in-house blend of acai and almond milk, topped with toasted crunchy gluten-free granola, flaxseed, coconut, and a generous serving of fresh bananas and berries. This refreshing bowl promises an energizing kick, making it an ideal choice for breakfast or a post-workout snack. Each bite is not only delicious but also bursting with nutrients, making it a feast for both the taste buds and the body.

4.) Sandwiches and Pastries

There are a selection of sandwiches and pastries that you can try in Tomo’s Little Collins. As we already ate a lot, we just tried their best selling Signature French Toast with matcha ice cream, which was a delightful combination of flavors and textures. The presentation was also impressive, making it just as delightful to the eyes as it was to the palate. Looking forward to trying more of their sandwiches and pastries on our next visit, as the menu offers an enticing variety that promises to satisfy any appetite. (Swipe below photo for more pictures)

5.) Handcrafted Espresso and Non-Espresso Beverages

We love the Handcrafted Espresso and Non-Espresso Beverages at Tomo’s Little Collins. We tried their iced americano, caramel macchiato, and iced mint lemonade, each offering a unique flavor profile that left us craving more. The iced americano was a perfect blend of rich coffee with a refreshing chill, while the caramel macchiato provided a delightful sweetness that complemented the espresso beautifully. The iced mint lemonade, with its zesty and invigorating taste, was an ideal choice for a hot day, balancing the tartness of the lemon with the coolness of fresh mint. Each drink reflects the barista’s skill and passion for coffee, making Tomo’s a must-visit for any beverage enthusiast. (Swipe below photo for more pictures)
