Additionally, the attentive staff ensured that our visit was enjoyable, offering recommendations that truly elevated our meal. 2.) Harbour Cafe
Harbour Cafe is called Harbour Cafe because it is facing the Basco Harbour, providing patrons with a stunning view of the serene waters and vibrant surroundings. During our visit, we tried their carbonara pasta, which was rich and creamy with a perfect balance of flavors that danced on our tongues, accompanied by their native camote fries on the side. The fries were delightfully crisp and had a slight sweetness that complemented the savory pasta beautifully. As we savored our meal, we couldn’t help but appreciate the cozy ambiance of the cafe, with friendly staff and a welcoming atmosphere, making the dining experience truly memorable. One dish we tried is their pork humba, a savory dish that features tender, braised pork belly simmered in a mix of soy sauce, vinegar, and a hint of sugar, which adds a deliciously sweet and tangy flavor. During our visit, however, we opted to try their Iced Americano, which was expertly brewed and gave a refreshing boost on a warm day.
