Harbour Cafe is called Harbour Cafe because it is facing the Basco Harbour, providing patrons with a stunning view of the serene waters and vibrant surroundings. During our visit, we tried their carbonara pasta, which was rich and creamy with a perfect balance of flavors that danced on our tongues, accompanied by their native camote fries on the side. The fries were delightfully crisp and had a slight sweetness that complemented the savory pasta beautifully. As we savored our meal, we couldn’t help but appreciate the cozy ambiance of the cafe, with friendly staff and a welcoming atmosphere, making the dining experience truly memorable.
