1.) Arima Restaurant
Location: Park Inn by Radisson Bacolod, Palanca Avenue, SM City Bacolod Complex, Bacolod City, Philippines
Arima is our top favorite restaurant when in Bacolod City. Its name carries the rich history of the hacienda era in Negros, echoing the joyous announcement that food is ready. We have enjoyed their breakfast buffet and ala carte lunch/dinner offers during our visit. Our top favorites would be the Arima Salad, Bistek Tagalog, Kare-Kare and Leche flan cake. 2.) Chicken House
Location: 24 Lacson St, Bacolod City, Philippines
Chicken House has been an established restaurant brand for Chicken Inasal since 1976. This was recommended by our friend when we asked what comes first on her mind with the word Chicken Inasal. 3.) Cafe Bobs
Location: 21 Lacson St, Bacolod City, Philippines

4.) Hukad Everyday Filipino
Location: Ground Floor, SM City Bacolod, Bacolod City, Philippines
Hukad Everyday Filipino is a homegrown Cebuano brand which offers creative renditions of our favorite Filipino foods. Some of our top favorites are Cheesy Bangus, Adobo Flakes Tortang Talong, Sizzling Spicy Bistek, Dilis Tinapa Garlic Pancit and Puto with dips. (Swipe below photo for more pictures)

Location: Manokan Country, Bacolod City, Philippines

6.) Eron’s House of Cansi
Location: C-58 Narra Avenue, Bacolod City, Philippines
