1.) Top Star Hotel
The customer service experience was top-notch, seamless from start to finish. The staff were incredibly friendly, understanding, and accommodating. The pricing was reasonable, and the room exceeded my expectations in terms of spaciousness, cleanliness, and amenities. The availability of multiple cabinets allowed us to neatly organize our belongings. Its location along the highway and proximity to SM Cabanatuan made it incredibly convenient for travel and last-minute shopping before departure. (Swipe below photo for more pictures)
2.) Rosey Hotel
The hotel is great, offering reasonable room rates and incredibly helpful staff. The room had excellent air conditioning and extremely comfortable beds. Despite its proximity to the bus terminal, the room remained peaceful without any noise disturbances. The convenience store adjacent to the reception was a great plus. The rooms were large, tidy, and well-maintained. The front desk staff and even the guard were accommodating. Although it’s a bit far from the market, the lobby’s convenience store is quite handy.
