Apart from their friendly, good-looking, polite and attentive staffs, who would have thought that a high-ranking executive would give time to meet their guests? It was nice meeting their GM Joe Fijardo, their Duty Manager Marinel Santos, Shiela, and Janeen Delos Reyes; their gym staff Jay; their restaurant staffs Ja, Ron, Enzo, Prince and others. As the newest hotel in Entertainment City, all of the amenities, furniture, pillow, blanket and even the hotel robe smell new too! The hotel was blessed to open just recently last March 23, 2021, amidst the challenges of the global pandemic. It gave jobs and opportunities to 200 employees in the midst of the crisis, giving people a chance to hope again.
