In our occasional stays in Bangkok, we are enlisting some of our top 5 favorite views of Bangkok from one of the highest floors in the city.
1.) King Power MahaNakhon
Location: 114 Naradhiwas Rajanagarindra Rd, Khwaeng Silom, Khet Bang Rak, Krung Thep Maha Nakhon 10500, Thailand
King Power MahaNakhon is the tallest building in Thailand with a height of 314 meters. It has a total of 78 floor levels with the rooftop reserved for paying tourists who want to have the so-called Skywalk Experience. (Swipe below photo for more pictures)
2.) Golden Mount
Location: 344 Chakkraphatdiphong Road Pom Prap Sattru Phai, Bangkok, Thailand
The Golden Mount is the only hill in Bangkok where a Chedi was built on top of it. This area is of great significance for all followers of The Buddha. It takes you about 320 steps to the top for panoramic views of the Rattanakosin Island. (Swipe below photo for more pictures)
3.) Berkeley Hotel Pratunam

The 5-star Berkeley Hotel Pratunam gives you the wonderful colorful view of Pratunam Night Market.
4.) Chulalongkorn University
Location: 254 Phaya Thai Rd, Wang Mai, Pathum Wan, Bangkok 10330, Thailand
Below photo was taken from the tallest building in Chulalongkorn University. From that spot, we saw the academic grounds and the modernizing landscape of Bangkok.
5.) Shangri-La Bangkok
Location: 89 Wat Suan Phlu Alley, Bang Rak, Bangkok 10500, Thailand
The VIP club of Shangri-la Bangkok, The Horizon Club, is located on its top floors. It offers one of the nicest view of Chao Phraya River, the Icon Siam, and The Peninsula Bangkok. (Swipe below photo for more pictures)
