Our Top 9 Interesting Hotels in Hong Kong

According to Hong Kong Tourism Board’s website, the yearly 55million plus tourists and 7 millions plus residents in Hong Kong have 84,000 plus room options in over 300 plus accredited hotels in Hong Kong. This number continues to increase with the tourism board’s efforts in offering more attractions in the region. Most of these hotels maintain world-class standards inviting everyone for one of the best staycations in their lives. Rather than the ideal 3-days itinerary in HK, we suggest that you add three more days for a lovely hibernate in one of these hotels.

We are enlisting some of the interesting hotels we have stayed or taken note in our bucket list. Please let us know if some of your favorites are not yet here. We will definitely update this from time to time as we try more of your suggestions.

1.) Hyatt Regency Hong Kong Shatin

Location: 18 Chak Cheung Street, Sha Tin, New Territories, Hong Kong

After recently staying for a couple of nights, Hyatt Regency Hong Kong Shatin is our most favorite hotel so far. Staying in this 5-star luxury urban resort gives you another perspective of Hong Kong. It is situated in the less busy part of Hong Kong where you can relax and enjoy the billion dollar view of Tolo Harbour or the calming mountains of Sha Tin. 2.) Grand Bayview Hotel

Location: 123 Castle Peak Rd – Ting Kau, Tsuen Wan, Hong Kong

Previously known as Baybridge Hong Kong Hotel, Grand Bayview Hotel was our first accommodation in Hong Kong as first time visitors. It has majestic views of the Ting Kau Bridge and stunning sunset vistas. We also got lucky for a suite upgrade during our stay almost a decade ago. We hope to receive same luck when we come back. 3.) Regal Kowloon Hotel

Location: 71 Mody Road, Tsim Sha Tsui East, Hong Kong
