When we told our friends and relatives in Bataan that we are staying at The Oriental Bataan, we knew from their reactions that we will have a nice experience for our two-nights stay in this grand, historic and refined hotel. It stands proud on top of one of Mariveles’ historic hill facing the progressive Freeport Area of Bataan and the Mariveles Sea . With the romantic set up of our room, my wife and I felt more comfortable with each other. We also checked their other rooms and suites where we could stay for our next visits. Enjoy your dinner while enjoying the sunset or the band performance at the Forest Grill. We had the opportunity to interview their Executive Chef Allan Lumibao Vale who had a wide experience in the food and beverage industry from Dubai, Singapore and Australia. The Cocoon Restaurant offers Asian and International signature dining of The Oriental Bataan, exclusively assembled by gourmet chefs that will surely bring in a symphony of flavors.
