Another standout was the “Roller Coaster,” an adventurous dish comprising perfectly cooked Fettucini aglio infused with garlic, chili, and basil, crowned with a succulent grilled picanha steak and served with a flavorful galanga dip. These culinary innovations not only gratified our appetites but also underscored the restaurant’s dedication to providing distinct and unforgettable dining experiences.
