As office workers who are required to report physically to office in BGC for few days a month, we are enlisting some of the best cafes/ restaurants we have tried. 1.) Blackeye Cafe/ Pan-onymous BGC

Location: Arya Plaza, McKinley Pkwy, BGC, Taguig, Philippines 1635

Blackeye Cafe is a cozy alfresco go-to spot for coffee and bread lovers! It is situated in one of the premium spaces for expats and businessmen, The Plaza at Arya Residences. Try and enjoy their coffees and breads by visiting their shop or ordering online for delivery. Some of the bestsellers that we have tried are Iced Cinnamon Oat Latte, Iced Americano, Hot Latte, Chicken Curry Pan, Pork Curry Pan, Chicken Tatsuka, Ube Melon Pan, Choc-chip Melon Pan, Walnut Tart, Bluberry Cheesecake Pot and Mango Cheesecake Pot. You would simply think that they just sell bubble teas, but no. They are a Japanese fusion restaurant which serves lovely bubbly food and tea-based drinks. I am a cheese lover so I enjoyed this place. And the truth is, we have dined here to celebrate my 24th birthday few years ago. Sad to hear that they have closed their doors during the pandemic. Looking forward for their reopening.
