Technically, we only have just dined-in to the first fifteen items on our list. But since these cafes/ restaurants are just almost near from each other, we took the opportunity of capturing how they look like so you can have a better plan on your next visit to Pagsanjan.

1.) El Panchito’s Fil-Mexicano Resto
Apart from being the only Fil-Mexican restaurant in Pagsanjan, we so much like the instagrammable vibe of the place, the very dedicated owner who you will often see accommodating guests, and the Fil-Mexican food! Some of the menu creatively fused Filipino and Mexican favorites such as the burrito with sisig inside!
Some of the items that we tried on their menu are fresh garden salad, nachos bravas, soft shell taco, pizzadilla, anticuchos de pollo, mexican bbq ribs, tuna de limon, burrito, brownie caliente con helado, churros, quesadilla, halo-halo, iced americano, caramel macchiato and beer. Can’t wait to visit again and try more of their menu!

2.) Shin Hana Japanese Restaurant
Our second is an authentic Japanese restaurant in Pagsanjan- Shin Hana Japanese Restaurant! Some of their best sellers are Yakiniku ramen, gyudon, katsudon, beef tepan, california maki, salmon sashimi, tuna sashimi and ebi tempura.

Apart from their delicious Filipino menu and Spanish-days-antique setting vibes, they also have a ballroom hall!

What we love about Tita Del’s is that they serve local dishes only found in Pagsanjan such as Pagsanjan Beef Pochero, Pipian, and Balaw-Balaw. Looking forward to try more of their delicious foods soon.
