After staying for almost a month in Cebu City and Mactan, we are collating a list of interesting restaurants we have tried which we think are worth a visit. Here are our Top 16 Restaurants in Metro Cebu, Cebu Province, Philippines (in no particular order!)

Hukad Kafe is a homegrown Cebuano brand which offers creative renditions of our favorite Filipino foods. We tried their One Mango Avenue and SM City Cebu branches. Some of our top favorites are Lechon Carbonara, Caramelized Sinigang Fried Chicken, Scallops Sisig, Milk Croquettes, Milo Croquettes, Pomelo Salad, Lechon Burger, Sinigang na Pork and Ube Cheese Turon (Swipe below photo for more pictures)

UNO is the in-house restaurant of Waterfront Cebu City Hotel and Casino. Sample cuisines from around the world with their international dining options. 10.) Delfino’s Pizzeria
Location: Bluewater Maribago Beach Resort, Buyong Road, Maribago Mactan Island, Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu, Philippines
Delfino’s Pizzeria is one of the in-house restaurants of Bluewater Maribago Beach Resort. Delfino’s Pizzeria offers one of the best Italian cuisines in Mactan. 11.) Savoy Cafe

Belmont Cafe is an all-day dining restaurant meticulously designed to create a warm, welcoming dining experience to locals and international tourists. During our visit, we tried their Filipino-Spanish dishes.
14.) Zenith Rooftop Bar
Location: T Shine Resort and Spa, Sitio Tribu, Suba-basbas, City of Lapu-Lapu, Mactan Island, Cebu, Philippines
Zenith Rooftop Bar is the in-house restaurant of T Shine Resort and Spa. We love their drinks and food! We tried their best sellers such as the Blue Lagoon, T Shine Splash, Carbonara, Sushi, Vegetable Salad and breakfast sets.
