Top 10 Things To Do in Sonya’s Garden, Alfonso, Cavite, Philippines

We are so much grateful to experience Sonya’s Garden the second time around. We observed that the property has evolved further since our first visit last year. For instance, they have more establishments, more plants, flowers and pets, more employees and more internet hotspots. If you are curious what to do in this magical Bed and Breakfast near Tagaytay, here are our recommended Top 10 Things To Do!

1.) Spa

As your goal is to relax for your staycation, we recommend that you make Sonya’s Garden Spa your first stop. You have to immediately release that stress from your body’s pressure points. It is worth availing their signature massage. (Swipe below photo for more pictures)

2.) Spend the night in one of Sonya’s Cottages

You will be missing a lot of things if you are not at least staying overnight. After a good massage, continue your relaxation mantra in one of their spacious and instagrammable cottages. So far, we have been in the Borage Cottage and Dandelion.

3.) Engage with Friendly Staffs

In your stay with them, you’ll feel the care and warmth of a family. It won’t hurt if you engage and share stories with some of Sonya’s Garden’s friendly staffs. For instance, we know that some of them came from very inspiring background. (swipe below photo for more pictures)

4.) Garden Tour

The Garden Tour is a very eye-opening experience for us. In this tour, apart from learning about various flowers and plants, we have appreciated the value of sustainability. The food you eat on the table came from a rigorous process. With that said, you should give respect to your food and avoid food waste. (swipe below photo for more pictures)

5.) Breakfast Buffet

The typical menu for their breakfast buffet would be their signature salad, bread with various choices of spreads, champorado, daing na bangus, adobo and fried rice. (swipe below photo for more pictures)

6.) Healing Haven

Just few kilometres away from Sonya’s Garden is her another property called the Healing Haven. There are a lot of activities you can do here- swimming on a pool with natural running water, playing with Chi-chi The Carabao, fishing, and drinking buko juice! (swipe below photo for more pictures)

7.) Lunch/ Dinner Buffet

8.) Romantic Date on their Special Events
