Sustainable Living by Tina is a brand birthed by Ms. Tina Baron for her accommodation units. She had 10 listings around Makati and one ten-bed boarding home in Parañaque. Unfortunately, the huge airbnb market at that time didn’t appreciate the business’ advocacy leading to the closure of her airbnbs last year. Here are our Top 10 Reasons Why We Miss to Stay in her accommodations.
1.) She Uses Eco-Friendly Products
She has at least 5 eco-friendly brands in most of her properties. They are Ritual PH, Mr.Koala PH, IVO Water Filter, Econest PH and ATOA Toothpaste tabs.
A. Ritual PH
Sustainable Living by Tina uses Lavender Liquid Soap, Rosemary Clarifying Shampoo, and Citronella Dish Liquid from Ritual PH. These are biodegradable products scented only with essential oils.
B. Mr. Koala PH
Sustainable Living by Tina uses a plant-based dishwashing sponge (made from natural coconut husk and wood pulp).
C. IVO Water Filter
This product which uses Japan technology are all installed on her accommodation properties. It removes contaminants from tap water, including microscopic impurities. Hence, no need to buy plastic water bottles. You can drink from the tap.
D. Econest PH
Sustainable Living by Tina uses a plant-based and biodegradable trash liner from Econest PH.
E. ATOA Toothpaste Tabs
ATOA Toothpaste Tabs are 100% plant-based products for teeth cleaning. They are free of preservatives, such as parabens, and made from natural ingredients that are good for your teeth and gums. Take one tab, bite and chew it like a gum, sip a little water if it will help, then brush your teeth. It will take a little salty at first, but your teeth will start to feel clean.

In all of her properties that we have stayed in, we are confident to say that cleanliness is topnotch (know more about their vendor, www.helpmeet.com.ph). I have allergic rhinitis so my nose would easily determine if a place is dusty. It is just a matter of choice of where to stay depending on your monetary budget.

Sustainable Living by Tina offers you at least 100mbps fiber internet. The host even planned to upgrade it more to 300mbps soon.
8.) There is a Book Exchange
You can exchange a book that you have for any of the books the property has on the shelves.
9.) She can arrange for a Europcar Service
The host can arrange for AIRPORT transfers, Pick up Service or Transportation to go Out of Town. From Laguna, we were picked up by Europcar. The chauffer is polite and good-looking. He also wears a nice uniform. Definitely much better than commuting.
10.) She supports local artists
In her Sunette Tower unit, she showcases Mabalacat, Pampanga’s craftsmanship through her furniture from More Than a Chair, Inc. (Swipe below photo for more pictures)
